Last year, Hestia supported more than 7,000 people across our mental health services. Our services include: Registered care homes Supported accommodation Day centres Befriending projects Community floating support Recovery cafe and crisis response services Hospital Discharge Service Find out what support Hestia offers in your borough Recovery Cafe Hestia's Recovery Cafe offers a free, safe, and welcoming space for adults aged 18+ living in south west London who are struggling to cope with their mental health. The service is open during the evenings, weekends and bank holidays, when other services may be closed. The Recovery Cafe is near Tooting Broadway tube station but is available for adults living in Wandsworth, Kingston, Richmond, Merton or Sutton. Our staff will listen and support you to reduce your immediate crisis and anxiety. Simply turn up - there is no need for an appointment. Opening hours: 6pm to 11pm Monday – Friday and 12pm to 11pm on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. 966 Garratt Lane, Tooting, SW17 0ND | [email protected] | 07794 394 920 Find out more about the Recovery Cafe The Cove Services In partnership with Central and North West London NHS Trust, Hestia’s Cove services are a community-based mental health service for adult residents in the boroughs of Hillingdon, Brent, Harrow and Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster. If you are a resident of Hillingdon, Brent or Harrow you can just turn up to your local cove service if you need support, no appointment is necessary. You’ll be welcomed into a safe space with a hot drink and a trained support worker who will work with you to reduce your immediate worries and create a safety plan that works with you. Each service’s opening hours are 2-10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Folkestone Haven The Folkestone Haven provides support to adult residents (16+) in the Folkestone and Hythe District who are struggling with their mental health. Find out more about the Folkestone Haven East London Together Cafes Hestia works with the East London Foundation Trust (ELFT) to deliver two Together Cafes, one in Newham and one in Tower Hamlets. The Together Cafes provide a safe, supportive community space for adults in the boroughs who are struggling with their mental health. Camden Crisis Sanctuary The Camden Crisis Sanctuary is open for all adults in the borough of Camden who are struggling with their mental health and need support. The service is open every day, from 5pm to 11pm. Find out more about the Camden Crisis Sanctuary Wandsworth Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery Service Hestia delivers the Wandsworth Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery Service for 60 adults who have housing support, social care and health care needs. The service supports people in ten houses across Wandsworth, four of which are high support with 24/7 staffing and six are lower support with visiting support. The service has a specific focus on rehabilitation and recovery, promoting independence for all of the people who live in this service. Please note that this is a not an open access service and referrals are managed in conjunction with the local Social Services Team. Registered Care Homes Hestia runs three Registered Care Homes: Lynton Terrace, Harwood Road and Talgarth Road. Our Registered Care Homes provide 24/7 support for adults with long-term mental health needs. We focus on co-production, and person-centred approaches to provide opportunities for people to recover, develop skills and step down to more independent living. Lynton Terrace received an overall rating of Requires Improvement, and a rating of Good in two of the five areas, in October 2023. Harwood Road received an overall rating of Good, and a rating of Good in each of the five areas, in December 2023. Talgarth Road received an overall rating of Good, and a rating of Good in each of the five areas, in September 2019. These ratings were last reviewed by CQC for all three services on 24th November 2023, and they found no evidence that they needed to carry out an inspection or reassess their ratings at this stage.
