Harwood Road is a registered care home for adults (aged 18+) with mental health needs who have been referred by Social Services. The service provides 24 hour care and staff work with the service users to develop a care plan which is closely designed around their individual requirements. Care plans also include managing their health needs and appointments, communicating with other professionals, family and friends, and arranging social activities.
