This evidence‑based model of employment support helps people with mental health challenges to find and keep work. Individual Placement and Support (IPS) provides advice on job searching, CV and interview preparation, information on how work might affect benefits, and in‑work support. Its aim is to help boost confidence, self‑esteem and motivation to work.

We deliver IPS across several London boroughs. The services are open to people aged 18 or over who live, or are registered with a GP, in the relevant borough, and who are receiving support from a community mental health team. Choose your local service below to find out more.
