REACH IPS Are you struggling to find or keep a job due to your mental health? REACH IPS (Individual Placement and Support) is here to help. Alongside our trusted delivery partners, we provide free, one-to-one support to enable people with mental health challenges to gain and maintain sustainable employment. Who is this service for? You’re 18 or over and a resident of, or registered with a GP, in one of the London boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. You have a mental health challenge and want to work as part of your recovery. You’re looking for personalised support to find, secure, and stay in a job that’s right for you. How does it work? Working with a dedicated Employment Specialist alongside mental health and/or social care practitioners, you will be offered: Support to find the right job Help preparing a great CV Advice on effective job searching Help to improve interview skills Support approaching local employers Advice on how work might impact benefits In-work support after job start Help to retain existing employment Help to boost confidence, self-esteem and motivation to work Want to know more?
