Alongside our trusted delivery partners, we provide free, one-to-one support to enable people with mental health challenges to gain and maintain sustainable employment.


Who is this service for? 

  • You’re 18 or over and a resident of, or registered with a GP, in one of the London boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Haringey or Islington.

  • You have a mental health challenge and want to work as part of your recovery.

  • You’re looking for personalised support to find, secure, and stay in a job that’s right for you.

How does it work?

Working with a dedicated Employment Specialist alongside mental health and/or social care practitioners, you will be offered:

  • Support to find the right job

  • Help preparing a great CV

  • Advice on effective job searching

  • Help to improve interview skills

  • Support approaching local employers

  • Advice on how work might impact benefits

  • In-work support after job start

  • Help to retain existing employment

  • Help to boost confidence, self-esteem and motivation to work
