This service is for single people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless within 56 days.

SHPS provides support by:

• Completing a Personal Housing Plan (PHP) for eligible referrals
• Preventing and relieving homelessness through landlord mediation, sourcing new accommodation, preparing clients for tenancies, making Discretionary Housing Payments to Landlords which are shared with the council
• Providing support over an 8-month period to help clients settle in their accommodation so they can go on to sustain their tenancies independently
