Our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service offers supportive, personalised guidance to help you take the next steps towards employment, training, volunteering, or further study.

This is a light-touch service designed to empower you to make informed decisions about your future, with support every step of the way.


Who is this service for?

You can access our IAG service if you:

  • Are aged 18 or over.

  • Are registered with a GP and live in Barnet, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. 

  • Have a mental health condition which is the main reason you need support with employment, training, vocational skills or volunteering

You do not need to be unemployed to access this service.

How does it work?

If you join the IAG service, you will receive up to six months of tailored support from a dedicated IAG Specialist. They will work alongside you to understand your goals and help you build a clear and achievable pathway forward. Support includes: 

  • One-to-one sessions with a dedicated IAG Specialist

  • Help exploring opportunities in employment, training, education and volunteering

  • Support with applications, including CVs and interview preparation

  • Information and guidance around benefits and financial stability

  • Creating a personalised action plan to support your progress

You’ll also have access to group training sessions designed to:

  • Build your confidence

  • Develop practical skills

  • Help you feel ready for work, training or volunteering

Our aim is to support you in moving closer to your longer-term ambitions at a pace that works for you.

Residents in Enfield will be supported by our delivery partner Working Well Trust. Residents in Islington will be supported by Hillside Clubhouse
