This includes embedding how organisations support and speak about domestic abuse within the work-based culture, raising awareness and networking with other organisations, and a training response. We offer three different tiers of support, which can be tailored to suit your organisation's structure and staff schedule. Bronze Basic duty of care Bespoke organisational assessment Provide advice and support helping to develop organisational domestic abuse policy CPD-accredited training for a relevant staff member This package is best suited to those who are early in the journey towards responding to domestic abuse in their organisation. Silver Enhanced support All elements included in the bronze package of support Plus Extensive policy development support In-depth training for line managers and HR teams Supporting resources and lunch and learn sessions Gold Best practice Our gold package is suited to organisations who want to take a trailblazing and best practice approach to supporting their employees. In addition to the elements of the other packages, it includes: Creation of a bespoke strategy proposal developed for your organisation Access to further training opportunities including Domestic Abuse Awareness Training and Domestic Abuse Champions Training. Everyone's Business team join relevant working group or staff network in your organisation twice a year, Invitation to speaking opportunities at our annual Everyone's Business Roundtable event Organisations who successfully implement this package are also eligible to apply for our Everyone's Business Awards Programme.
