We focus on collaborating with your business to help you to build and shape a working environment and culture that is sensitive and supportive to employees who may be experiencing or witnessing domestic abuse.

This includes embedding how organisations support and speak about domestic abuse within the work-based culture, raising awareness and networking with other organisations, and a training response. We offer three different tiers of support, which can be tailored to suit your organisation's structure and staff schedule.


Basic duty of care

  • In-depth training for line managers and HR teams
  • Supporting resources and lunch and learn sessions


Best practice

Our gold package is suited to organisations who want to take a trailblazing and best practice approach to supporting their employees. In addition to the elements of the other packages, it includes:

  • Creation of a bespoke strategy proposal developed for your organisation
  • Access to further training opportunities including Domestic Abuse Awareness Training and Domestic Abuse Champions Training.
  • Everyone's Business team join relevant working group or staff network in your organisation twice a year,
  • Invitation to speaking opportunities at our annual Everyone's Business Roundtable event
