This service which provide person-centred support to women who are turned down from refuge accommodation due to complex needs. These complex needs may include physical and mental health, substance misuse issues, special educational needs, English as an additional language, older people or travellers.

Our staff deliver intensive support for up to six months to prepare service users to move on to a refuge, by facilitating access to IDVA’s (Independent Domestic Violence Advisors) specialist support to meet their needs. This is followed by three months support whilst in the refuge, or in longer-term accommodation.
