Orwell House offers an accommodation-based service for male offenders, or those at risk of offending.  These service users come from a variety of backgrounds, but the majority have been released from prison on licence which means they are serving the final part of their service in the community. The service can be used as either a step-up or step-down accommodation for other supported accommodation.

Staff use a person-centred approach to work with service users to develop a support plan which will guide them towards opportunities for more positive lifestyle choices. The overriding goal is to facilitate fuller participation in society and community while encouraging independence.
