Tough Mudder Tough Mudder Tough Mudder is a series of obstacle and mud runs that will push your physical limits without the pressure of competition. It's a community built on teamwork and overcoming obstacles, where stepping outside your comfort zone is the reward. When was the last time you did something for the first time? Hestia has limited charity places in their 5km adventure, featuring 13 team-work inspired obstacles packed into a 5km run. Obstacles include Everest, Kiss of Mud, Mudderhorn and Electric Shock. By the sound of these names, you should prepare for a challenge, for fun, and for lots of mud! You can take part as an individual, where you’ll meet many others to support you along the way, or as a team.
