Catalina Cernica

Catalina is a digital innovation specialist with in-depth experience in product & services design for healthcare businesses, leading patient advocacy initiatives, and data-driven system change. She is also a Founder and Director of the Health & Happiness Lab CIC which advocates for the development and adoption of wellbeing frameworks in organisations. Previously, Catalina was a Managing Director of an advertising agency in Romania and Managing Director of a research company in London. She received an MBA from the University of Oxford, Said Business School, in 2009.

Catalina brings a wealth of experiences across team leadership, technology adoption, product development, people-centric design, and wellbeing approaches to improved outcomes in healthcare.

Catalina joined Hestia as a Trustee in September 2023 and serves as Chair of the Digital and IT Sub-committee.
