Last week we held our first face to face Volunteering Thank You event at Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park after almost two years. It was such a special day to finally reunite with our volunteers again and meet many of our new volunteers who have joined our team in the last 18 months.

Over 30 volunteers shared lunch together, visited attractions in the park from watching circus acts, visiting the Big Wheel and viewing some amazing ice sculptures in the Ice Magic Kingdom.

Volunteers connected with each other, sharing their experiences of volunteering at Hestia while developing new friendships.

It was a day to celebrate our volunteers, for Hestia to say a personal thank you and to share some Christmas joy together.
