Pocklington Lodge is a drop-in service made up of a housing support service and a specialist IT support service for visually impaired service users.

The housing support service assists service users with reading and both understanding and responding to correspondence. They are supported with research and finding information relevant to their tenancies and independent daily living. The service enables service users to build confidence, knowledge and skills to support their independence and is provide wholly within the confidential office space at The Lodge.

The IT support service assists residents with information, advice, ordering and installing specialist IT software to enable residents to maintain independence. This support service includes maintenance and troubleshooting for specialist software. This service is offered at The Lodge and is delivered inside individuals flats by arrangement. The service does not include training for software or support with general IT queries, set-up or maintenance.
