How can Everyone’s Business support you as an Employer? 

Everyone’s Business has three key aims: 

  • to raise awareness in the workplace about domestic abuse

  • to put measures in place to assist employers to support their staff who are enduring or perpetrating abuse

  • to assist employees to support their colleagues, via training and policy as a part of the employer’s internal response to domestic abuse 

Everyone’s Business includes a series of offers: 

  • Policy assessment to ascertain where your organisation’s response to domestic abuse currently is and assess what policies and procedures are already in place 

  • Work with HR and other relevant teams and stakeholders to create a programme that aligns with the work already in place to support employees

  • Accredited domestic abuse training to key stakeholders, such as HR, line managers and nominated staff champions

  • Everyone’s Business Awardon supporting employees affected by domestic abuse
