Hestia marks Co-production Week 2020

National Co-production Week (6th to 12th July) is back in 2020 for the fifth year, celebrating the benefits of co-production, sharing good practice and promoting the contribution of people who use services and carers in developing better public services.

Co-production is about working in equal partnership with people using services, carers, families and citizens. It offers the chance to transform social care and health provision to a model that offers people real choice and control.

This year, the theme is ‘Co-production in a changing world’.

Using practical examples and online activity from across the country, the Social Care Institute for Excellence will show how co-production can still meaningfully take place even in a changing and uncertain world.

Join the Social Care Institute for Excellence this Thursday, 9th July, for a free webinar on opportunities to integrate co-production in to society despite the current landscape. Simply register an account and join the webinar here.

Be sure to check out further events, activities and online resources on Co-production Week 2020.
