Run over two properties, this service provides accommodation for both single women and women with children escaping domestic abuse. Upon arrival, refuge staff will assess service users’ individual needs and establish a personalised support plan.

Each service user is assigned a key worker who will provide advocacy and information to help rebuild skills and confidence, while supporting them to build independent living skills and make plans to prepare for resettlement. Refuge staff also run group activities to provide information on areas such as: emotional support, housing, benefits, debt management, health, legal advice and education.
