Latest News Hestia to host free virtual workshops to celebrate World Mental Health Day Hestia to host free virtual workshops to celebrate World Mental Health Day Hestia will host a day of free, virtual well-being workshops to celebrate World Mental Health Day on Friday 9th October. The workshops, held via Zoom, will be hosted by Hestia’s Mental Health service in Brent, but are open for anyone to attend. Workshops will include creative writing sessions, meditation and yoga, with the aim of promoting positive well-being and self-care in a time of immense uncertainty. The awareness day falls on a Saturday this year, so Hestia’s day of well-being workshops will take place the day before, Friday, 9th October.
