The Offer Process
You have wowed us at the interview, now what? The first you will know of the outcome is when you receive a call from one of the panel members with the good news.
Now the offer is on the table, our on-boarding process kicks into action.
You will receive an email from Fiona or Ilaria in our HR department with a conditional offer and the relevant paperwork for you to complete.
In order for you to be able to start in your new job, we require your DBS to be in place as well as your references. To speed up the process, we highlight recommend completing the DBS online (we will send you the details) and complete and return the reference document within 48 hours.
Fiona or Ilaria will arrange to meet with you in person to complete our pre-employment checks.
Once everything is in place we will agree a start date with you.
