Healthwatch Central West London is an independent charity and membership organisation working to ensure that the opinions of people living in Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster counts when it comes to shaping and improving local health and care services.

Healthwatch Central West London is a charity run by their community membership with support from Hestia – the parent organisation.

Healthwatch Central West London are an independent consumer champion that currently support over 6,000 people who live, work or use services in Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.

They aim to empower and represent the diverse communities of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster to engage, provide evidence and influence the planning and delivery of publicly funded health and social care services.

They also provide information to help people access and make choices regarding their health and well-being services.

If you are not happy with your service(s), they can also tell you how to complain and how to get independent advocacy support with your complaint (see Voiceability Advocacy).
