Jon Wilkinson, Chair, is a retired Marketing professional and former Chief Executive of a large international market research corporation. He has considerable experience in strategic change and significant understanding of organic growth and acquisitions.

Paul Milledge, Treasurer, is a Chartered Accountant who has his own company that provides consultancy and audit services to the film industry.

Gillian Blachford is a retired Human Resources professional.

Jean Byrne has wide housing experience gained with local authorities and registered social landlords now working as a Supported Housing Manager in the voluntary sector.

Aidan Linton-Smith is a Probation Officer with many years experience working with offenders and ex-offenders.

Joanna Mark-Richards is a Human Resources professional.

James Mullan is a Barrister employed in the music industry.

Martino Smits is a Marketing and Management professional with considerable multicultural and international development experience.

Greg Solomon is an ICT professional in finance and risk management and is company director of his own firm of interim IT management and catering training suppliers.

David Powell Currently works for the Supporting People Team at the Department for Communities & Local Government as their Value Improvement Programme Manager.

Monica Davis Is a co-opted Trustee following the merger with Harrow Women's Aid. Monica currently works as a health promoter in deprived areas of Harrow as well as a Lecturer Practitioner to pre and post registration nurses in public health.
