Our staff

Our greatest assets are our staff, at all levels. They are highly valued in Hestia for their skills, professionalism and dedication. We are aware that their hard work and commitment, often in challenging situations, underpins all our achievements.

The Hestia Works Council was established in 2003. Staff training, development, job satisfaction and wellbeing are central to the way we work and to our becoming a “learning” organization and employer of choice.
